It is very odd to see that Real Madrid is on a very dismal run in the pre-season and making it worse is that they lost to,0-1, against Tottenham in Munich, Germany earlier this month.
According to Tony Kroos, Real Madrid’s midfielder that they deserve their defeat and they fully accepted their responsibility for their poor performance lately saying that they are not in a good shape.
Tottenham’s Harry Krane scored the lone goal of the game with a deft finish after kicking an awkward pass by Marcello who tried to deflect a throw-in after 22 minutes in the first half.
Real Madrid was fresh from a devastating loss to Atletico Madrid,3-7, last week, however, they are still thankful to their goalkeeper Keylor Navas who replaced the injured Thibaut Courtois, for preventing a heavier and more determined Atletico Madrid who is hungrier to grab a win against them. They were able to survive the scoring spree in the first half, however, after the break, Dele Alli then went to score two goals while Troy Parrott easily found the back of the net while Zinedine Zidane has already conceded 13 goals and have lost three of their pre-season games.
Kroos added that they started badly and the opponents easily took advantage of their poor outing knowing that Gareth Bale was out in recent weeks which left his team for the match in Munich not to mention James Rodriguez who is yet to start after he returned from Bayern which rarely threatened Real while Eden Hazard was nowhere to be found.
Both teams are going back into action next week where Tottenham plays the winning team between Bayern and Fenerbahce. Real still has the chance to make amends by facing the losing team between Bayern and Fenerbahce.
Real Madrid along with Zidane will fly to Austria to play against Salzburg on August 6 and then they will go to Italy to face AS Rome, and their final friendly match before they start the Spanish league will be against Celta Vigo on the second week of August according to 먹튀.
Zidane already apologized and have already said that he wished that Real Madrid’s poor season performance would totally end after they were beaten also by 19th seed Rayo Vallecano earlier this month.
Madrid’s response to Barcelona by winning the title earlier this month was to slip away from a,1-0, defeat at the Vallecas and now they fall for 18 points behind La Liga’s newly minted champions.
Zidane said that catching with Atletico Madrid which is nine points ahead of them seemed achievable while FC Barcelona has 12 points knowing that he mentioned that the title challenge for them is already finished.
Zidane also claimed that they did nothing in their previous matches and admitted that it was not easy to score, however, they are doing their best to create more chances for their team. All they are focusing now is to finish the pre-season matches and the remaining friendlies with convincing performances before they officially start their campaign in the Spanish League where everything is more challenging.
